What more can I say?

I was pleased with the blind but they said it would take 5 days to make and then a few to send it. It was 31/2 weeks. I understand things can happen to delay an order but I think an email to that effect could have been sent.

I ordered several replacement slats for my vertical blinds. The quality was excellent and the measurements were exactly as I ordered. I would not hesitate to order again should I need more.
