Perfect

I ordered 40 replacement slats and they were shipped within the date range estimated on the website. The vanes were packaged in a very professional manner to eliminate any shifting during shipment. The packaging was very protective too. The vanes fit perfectly (as measured) and the fabric slats provide the softer look we were looking for. We also ordered replacement vanes for the valance (including side returns). They didn't come with instructions so we just took a chance and cut them to fit after attaching to the backing with the double-sided tape that was provided. Everything looks brand new at a fraction of the cost.
