How can I review?

I just ordered a few (paid for) samples to compare in hopes to order the product. I am at almost 3 weeks now. I received one sample of 7 and an email that said they were all delivered. I have had multiple emails with CSR, who now tells me it will be another 4 weeks until the samples ship. Ironically, I just got an email to review this product, right after the email about the delay. :-( If it takes that long to get a sample, I guess I will look elsewhere.
