Wanted a insert but received a replacement

The packaging was above average and the fabric very attractive. I wanted an insert for my channel vertical blind but received
A replacement blind instead. I ordered one to see the fit In my channel blind with the expectation to buy 13 more and the valance.
What can I do now? Otherwise, if I were replacing my blind your product looks great, but I'm not....I wanted an insert not a replacement.
Ps....shipping these in a loosely wound method, in a appropriate size box, instead of a 9 foot long box. Just saying. Thanks for asking
