I ordered two slats. One was the correct length, but the other is 1/4 inch shorter and the shortage is noticeable. I need a replacement for the erroneously cut slat. Roy Frontani

Order and shipping went smoothly. I ordered 9 replacement vertical slats. The order arrived in a very rigid cardboard box, slats were well protected. Quickest place I found to get 98 inch long slats with a similar pattern. I was prepping the home for sale and didn't have time to wait. My fault, I ordered a lighter color than original, but inserted them every 4th slat and it looked tuxedo style designed. Pattern wasn't an exact match either, but didn't expect to ever find 15+ year old match. Only needed 8 and coiled the extra up to leave for new owners. Then the day before listing goes live, the photographer slammed a slat in the Arcadia door and broke it. Popped in the extra slat and voila`.
