Two different lengths were ordered.

Two different lengths were ordered. When received one set was 3" too long. Jennifer at ReSlat was very helpful in getting the correct size. Even with this issue, I would reorder from ReSlat again.

These replacement slats are perfect. They match the originals right down to the color and pattern. Plus customer service was excellent. I originally ordered the wrong color, realized what I'd done and then sent a follow-up communication. The color change was handled without a hitch.
