Clear recently viewedThis small order (just enough for one window) was wrapped very well. I don't think any shipper could have damaged it in any way (but never say never). It was wrapped in multiple ways and the support structure was extremely sturdy.
The blinds are very similar to the old ones. They only hang slightly higher than the old blinds. I am not too concerned about it, but you may have mixed results, if the holes in your blinds are placed differently. My old ones came with a sort of horizontally elongated circle. These come with a hole cut like a semi-circle with the top slightly higher. So they don't drop down exactly the same. If you have a similar situation, I recommend an additional 1/16 of an inch in length. I don't know the "standard" for how far down blinds should hang, but for my purposes I would have gone a little longer. I guess you just don't want to go so low that they touch any part of the window opening on the bottom/corners.
I've provided pictures to show the differences (as you can see, there isn't a huge or even noticeable difference, but I still feel they could be a tad longer):
1) Original blind length, different window, but same dimensions
2) Original blind cutout
3) New blind length
4) New blind cutout
