No customer service

I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to someone at this company for over a month. I’ve left three telephone messages. I’ve contacted them via email. I have chatted with the “virtual assistant” on their website asking if I could speak to a live human being. No response. Don’t bother with this place. They aren’t interested in making money and certainly won’t help you if you have a problem or concern.
